A sensory, calm environment that include embodiment exercises to support burnout resilience. In recognising nervous system overload, we will explore effective Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness tools and techniques to ground, regulate and model sustainable well-being.

A beginners Yoga Class (accessible for everyone, chair based if needed)
Guided visualisation Relaxation
Crystal Sound Bath Meditation
Pranayama breathing exercises
